Physiotherapy Exercise Programs

Gabriella uses her 29 years of experience as a sports physiotherapist, combined with her of knowledge of rehabilitation exercise through DNS and Pilates to provide you with a comprehensive full body assessment. The exercise program is then designed to suit your own body’s personal strengths and weakness.

The aim is reduce pain, stiffness and weakness and to improve your function for both activities of daily living, work, leisure and sporting activities.

The goal is to give you the tools you need to manage your own pain, stiffness or weakness through improved stability, posture and functional ability. A further goal is to enhance performance for sporting activities.

Before commencing any exercise program a full body assessment is required to document any injuries and areas of weakness or tightness. The program can then be designed to meet your own specific requirements
